Newspaper mocks Chris Christie's Cowboys fandom with cartoon

A new editorial cartoon has some ribald fun with New Jersey governor Chris Christie and his love of the Dallas Cowboys.

A new editorial cartoon has some raunchy fun with New Jersey governor Chris Christie and his love of the Dallas Cowboys.

The Star-Ledger's cartoonist Drew Sheneman put together this one panel cartoon featuring Christie as one of the famed Dallas cheerleading squad.

Christie has been taking a lot of heat since he was seen hugging Jerry Jones following the Cowboys playoff win on Sunday, but the Dallas owner defended the governor on Tuesday morning and said he hopes he will join the team in Green Bay for its next game.
