As Ohio State prepares to play Oregon in the inaugural College Football Playoff National Championship on Monday, the future of former first-string quarterback Braxton Miller is still unknown. Miller, who was widely regarded as a Heisman candidate prior to a season-ending shoulder injury sustained in the preseason, has been the subject of transfer speculation due to the emergence of Buckeye quarterbacks J.T. Barrett and Cardale Jones.

Apparently anxious over Florida State's loss of Jameis Winston to the NFL draft, Seminoles alum and Arizona Cardinals defensive lineman Darnell Dockett decided to take to Twitter (as he tends to do) to convince Miller to come to Tallahassee.

Dockett, who sat out 2014 due to a knee injury, was clearly distraught over Winston's departure.

With a wind chill warning in effect for southwest Ohio on Wednesday night and temperatures in Columbus expected to drop below zero degrees Fahrenheit overnight, Dockett's pitch may have a chance of working: Tallahassee was 61 and sunny on Wednesday.
