Matt Stafford and J.J. Watt took home MVP honors as Team Irvin defeated Team Carter 32-28 in a Pro Bowl game you definitely could've missed. Brent Grimes made the play of the game with this back-to-the-ball interception while Jordy Nelson and Clay Matthews celebrated a Nelson TD despite being on opposing teams. In other news, J.J. Watt met some cheerleaders, Richard Sherman and Patrick Peterson hugged it out, Andy Dalton was booed off the field and Chris Berman was miserable.

Royal Rumble Disaster

Vince McMahon's prediction that 2015 will be the best year for WWE got off to a disastrous start with last night's Royal Rumble in Philly. Fans hoping for a Daniel Bryan victory instead saw Roman Reigns take the honors and this did not go over well. Upset fans reportedly blocked wrestlers' cars so they couldn't leave the arena and a #CancelWWENetwork hashtag trended after the event. In fact, the WWE Network cancellation page crashed because so many angry fans bombarded the site.

"Play him all over the floor. Has 3 pt. range on J."

Lovely Lady of the Day

I stumbled across the Instagram profile of Natalee Linnes and decided she was long overdue for LLOD honors (click here for full-size gallery).

Jay Cutler: Panicked Father

Jay Cutler gets a lot of grief from Chicago fans but his wife, Kristen Cavallari, showed off a somewhat likeable side of the QB over the weekend. The reality star left Cutler alone with their two kids and, to quote Cutler directly, "all hell has broken loose."

Tough Day, Rook

Sixers first-year guard JaKarr Sampson fell victim to the classic "wrap the rookie's car in aluminum tin foil" gag.

Tough Year, Rook

Take a few minutes today to check out this ESPN piece by Jeremy Fowler and Pat McManamon on Johnny Manziel's rookie season. It's easily the best thing I read all weekend.

Shout out to the peeps at Bad Lip Reading for this masterpiece.

Remembering Sean Taylor

A reader named Fernando wrote in and said, "With the Pro Bowl passing by and having to sit through 3 ½ quarters of what the NFL is trying to pass off as football, can we give some love to Sean Taylor and his hit on Brian Moorman in the ’06 Pro Bowl." Of course I can. And for good measure, I threw in the Jim Ross version below.

Sweet Child O'Mine

I'm way late to this but here's Garret Sparks, goalie for the ECHL's Orlando Solar Bears, shredding air guitar during Wednesday's All-Star Game.
