Rockets general manager Daryl Morey stole the show Thursday night at “Battioke,” Shane Battier’s annual charity karaoke event to raise money for his Take Charge Foundation.

Morey dressed up as Galinda from the musical “Wicked” for the performance and told Battier, who retired following the 2013–14 season, to stay retired. “Shane, give up this crazy idea of a comeback and join me in the front office,” Morey sung.

Battier, dressed up as the Wicked Witch of the West, continued the song by announcing his happiness in retirement. The two-time NBA champion spent his last three NBA years with the Miami Heat. Battier played in Houston from 2006–11 where he started Battioke in 2010.
