Running a mile in under five minutes gives many people a reason to celebrate. Running a mile in under four minutes gives runners a reason to “hit the dab.”

After winning the men's mile at the Camel City Invitational in Winston Salem, N.C., two-time Olympian Matt Centrowitz imitated Cam Newton's famous dance for fans in attendance.

Centrowitz won the race in 3 minutes and 54.02 seconds, which is the fastest time in the world for 2016.

His teammate, Shannon Rowbury, won the women's race in 4:26.01 but did not dab after her race.
