Kevin Love asks Cavaliers ‘GM for a Day’ winner not to trade him

Kevin Love is hoping the fan who won the Cavaliers GM for a day contest does not trade him.

The Cavaliers had a contest for fans, with the winner being anointed general manager of the team for a day.

While the position may only be honorary, Kvein Love, the frequent focus of trade rumors, is not taking any chances and decided to butter up the temporary front office chief when he ran into him at the team facilities on Tuesday.

Kevin Love just met a fan who won a Cavs general manager for the day contest after practice: "Heyyy, GM for the day. Don't trade me, OK?"

Love is averaging 21 points and just over 11 rebounds over the last week, so its unlikely the fan will be looking to move the power forward during his time in control of the team.
