42-year-old Terrell Owens is available if the Eagles want him

Could Terrell Owens, at age 42, still be competent NFL receiver?

How bad is the Eagles receiving corps? Bad enough that 42-year-old Terrell Owens thinks he can help.

Rookie quarterback Carson Wentz has looked pretty good, but he’d be even better with more pass-catching talent around him. Wentz threw 11 incompletions on Sunday night, six of which were drops by Eagles receivers. His longest completion of the night was 14 yards. That’s not good!

Could T.O., six years after his last NFL appearance, be an improvement over Josh Huff and Nelson Agholor? He thinks so.

Owens says he thinks he’s got enough juice left in his legs to make it work.

T.O. is ignoring one very important aspect, though: The NFL hates fun touchdown celebrations even more than when he was in the league.
