Dolphins’ Tyreek Hill Trolls Teammate Jaylen Waddle With Epic Tweet

The NFL adjusted its rules on jersey number restrictions ahead of the 2023 season, deciding Tuesday that players will be allowed to wear the No. 0 for the first time since 1973.

Jaguars wide receiver Calvin Ridley stepped up as the first to claim the number as his own, and now Dolphins star Tyreek Hill apparently is hoping that fellow Miami wideout Jaylen Waddle will be the next to follow suit.

Hill took to Twitter to troll his teammate about potentially swapping his jersey numbers with the No. 0 representing the amount of times Waddle has gotten the better of him in Madden.

“Waddle need to wear zero so he can show how many times he done beat me in madden,” Hill wrote on Twitter, alongside a crying-laughing emoji.

Hill, who is an avid video game player, clearly doesn’t hold back when playing against his Dolphins teammates. He added insult to injury by flexing his unblemished record against Waddle online for all to see.

The Dolphins’ dynamic duo have emerged as one of the best one-two punches in football at the wide receiver position. Unfortunately, the numbers Waddle recorded in 2022 (75 receptions, 1,356 yards, and eight TDs) don’t necessarily translate to the virtual gridiron, where it appears Hill has his number.

If any player in Miami is in fact looking to swap their uniform out for the No. 0, they better get on it quick, as star safety Jevon Holland seems to be a big fan of the digit.
