If the ‘Drake curse’ in sports is a real thing, Celtics fans may want to hold on for a turbulent 2023-24 NBA season. As Boston’s team physical therapist Nick Sang revealed on Instagram, the musician brought out Jayson Tatum during his show that was held in Boston.

Drake, of course, is a huge NBA fan and can often be seen sitting in his courtside seats at Toronto Raptors homes games in Canada. 

He knows how to get his fans fired up, too, and he did just that when he had Tatum walk with him through the adoring crowd at the TD Garden in Boston.

As unique of a moment as it was, not surprisingly, NBA fans from far and wide were quick with the jokes. Not even Tatum's teammate and fellow Celtics star Jaylen Brown was safe.

Tatum was hit with a few jabs over the video, although they all seemed to be lighthearted — until he was called Jimmy Butler's son.
