Odell Beckham Jr. Pumps Up Rookie Teammate With Witty Social Media Post

Odell Beckham Jr. seems to be adjusting well to life with the Ravens after signing with Baltimore during the offseason. Ahead of his first season with the team, Beckham offered praise to one of his young teammates.

The wide receiver took to the social media platform X, formerly Twitter, to compliment Ravens first round pick Zay Flowers, who seemingly has impressed the 30-year-old during training camp.

Using more emojis than words, Beckham described Flowers’s game with a trio of puking emojis, as well as a popcorn emoji, suggesting that the two lining up alongside one another will be some high quality entertainment.

Flowers has been drawing rave reviews during the Ravens’ training camp, and Beckham is the latest to speak highly of the Boston College product, clearly a fan of the 22-year-old’s skill set.

Beckham and Flowers will look to form a strong partnership in Baltimore alongside Rashod Bateman and Devin Duvernay. With standout tight end Mark Andrews also in the equation, quarterback Lamar Jackson will have a bevy of targets at his disposal this season.

Flowers was the third wide receiver off the board at the 2023 NFL draft, selected by the Ravens at pick No. 22. The Seahawks drafted Jaxon Smith-Njigba at pick No. 20, and the Chargers took Quentin Johnston at No. 21.

With the buzz around Flowers growing, he’ll look to continue to make a strong impression on his peers as his rookie season gets underway.
