Here’s some good news for baseball and Miami Marlins fans. The Marlins announced on Tuesday that 10 games during the season will be free.

The customer can watch it on the CBS Miami telecast. The Miami franchise plans to continue growing its brand and make it easier for fans to watch the games.

Customer service is the lifeblood of any business. The Marlins have been going lengths since the off-season to provide the best product possible. They’ve upgraded their facilities, added fun and citified elements for fans, and, with this announcement, it's another cherry on top.

When you look at the ten games, each of them is against compelling opponents. It starts with the very top against the New York Yankees on Friday, April 3, for an afternoon game. The Yankees and Marlins played each other last season, and the Marlins got the best of them.

Three of the ten games are against their rival, the New York Mets. Four of the ten games will be played in the afternoon. The matchup against the Los Angeles Dodgers should have a lot of viewership. That game will be on Friday, September 11.

The games in May and September will bring a lot of excitement for baseball fans, especially if the team continues to perform well.

The partnership between CBS Miami and CW33 seems to be growing stronger over time. These networks are doing right by the South Florida fan base. This is a big opportunity. Sometimes it’s a struggle to find games to watch on TV, and some package deals are too expensive. South Florida fans must take advantage of the opportunity to tune in to those ten games.

The other sweet deal is this one. Although it’s not free, the package price isn't bad either. If people want to watch the Marlins all season long, then they can subscribe to Marlins TV for $19.99 per month.

If this simulcast deal turns out to be a success this season, the Marlins should consider doing it next season or make it an annual tradition. It all depends on many different factors.

The Marlins are enjoying early success so far through five games of the season. The weather is great in Florida, and the team is playing very good baseball. Although it’s against non-elite teams, a win is a win. If they play this way without Kyle Stowers, the lineup will be more dangerous when Stowers returns.
