The Baltimore Orioles' star prospects in Triple-A are stealing headlines, even from their own Major League team who is sitting at 4-2 and are coming off a 101-win season with an AL East title.

In order to do that, the players would have to do something special, and they are currently in the midst of putting together one of the most prolific minor league seasons of all time.

That's making the roster decisions for the front office and coaching staff much more difficult, and will continue to put pressure on them throughout the season, especially if some of the established veterans begin to struggle.

But, the Orioles' farm system isn't just considered the best in all of baseball because of their elite talent at the Triple-A level, it's because they have potential future stars littered throughout their pipeline.

Jake Rill of MLB.com highlighted ones to pay attention to across each affiliate, and below are names of prospects that fans should keep on their radar.

Samuel Basallo

This might be the most obvious one who fans should get to know as Basallo has made a meteoric climb up the ranks of MLB Pipeline rankings. The 19-year-old is now the No. 2 ranked prospect of Baltimore and No. 17 in the minors.

He's at the Double-A level for the 2024 season with the chance he could move up, but being so young, he still has plenty of time to develop and projects to be their next star player soon.

Enrique Bradfield Jr.

For fans who love speed, this is your guy.

The 22-year-old outfielder is ranked as the Orioles' fastest prospect in their farm system, and is his first year of professional baseball last year, he was able to steal 25 bags. Starting his season at the High Single-A level where he ended in 2023, the No. 5 prospect is a prime candidate to hit the Double-A team at some point.

Seth Johnson

This is the highest-rated pitcher in their pipeline who is not in Triple-A.

Johnson is coming off only pitching 10 1/3 innings last year recovering from Tommy John surgery. He was invited to Spring Training and pitched two hitless innings in his one start. His ceiling is extremely high and he could become one of Baltimore's starting pitchers of the future soon.

Luis De Leon

The 20-year-old lefty might be the most intriguing pitching prospect in this farm system after signing with the Orioles in 2021 as an international free agent out of the Dominican Republic. In his second season of professional baseball, De Leon posted a 1.65 ERA across six starts at Rookie Ball, and a 2.39 ERA across nine games and five starts at Single-A.

Now, he's starting his 2024 year at Single-A and will have an opportunity to keep climbing the pipeline if he can continue to dominate.
