On Wednesday night, the Philadelphia 76ers are set to take on the Minnesota Timberwolves as they look to bounce back off of a disappointing loss to the Chicago Bulls, which ended a six-game winning streak.

Joel Embiid and Tyrese Maxey did their best to put their team on top, combining for 69 points, but wouldn't be able to go above the efforts of DeMar DeRozan, Nikola Vucevic, and Colby White, with the Bulls' trio combining for 62 points.

In their last time out against the Timberwolves earlier in the season, the Sixers lost 99-112, as Anthony Edwards put on a 31-point offensive masterclass, as Joel Embiid sat out due to hip soreness.

Ahead of their match on Wednesday night, the 76ers have made a small shuffle to their roster as they've recalled Jaden Springer from the Delaware Blue Coats, their G-League affiliate, the team announced.

The recall comes only two days after the 21-year-old was assigned to the Blue Coats, as they get ready to partake in the G-League's Showcase Cup, which starts on Tuesday and runs through December 22nd.

As of late, Springer has been receiving some notable game time, averaging six points, one steal, and one assist across ten minutes, which helps offset the time he was out due to an illness.

Before his patch of DNPs, Springer was receiving mixed opportunities, as he had a three-game streak of 20 to 22-minute performances, while then shuffling back to six-minute outings.

The Sixers are set to take on the Timberwolves on Wednesday night, with tip-off scheduled for 7:00 p.m. EST.
