The Chicago Bulls (31-32) will try to finish their road trip on a victorious note when they battle the Los Angeles Clippers (40-21) on Saturday at the crypto.com Arena. The Bulls have been on a roll on this recent road trip, winning three straight, including a 125-122 victory over the Golden State Warriors last Thursday.

However, Chicago faces their toughest challenge, going up against a Clippers squad with three of the most talented players in the NBA—Paul George, James Harden, and Kawhi Leonard.

Alex Caruso will have his hands full

The Bulls’ best defender, Alex Caruso, will have his hands full on Saturday. Chances are the former Texas A&M star will have his turn guarding every player mentioned above. Caruso is known for his tough defense and has earned praise from his teammates and coaches for his ability to shut down some of the league’s best scorers.

“The thing I admire and respect about him is he loves that. A lot of guys don’t enjoy that. They don’t enjoy the things he does. He understands the things he does; one, it’s his identity, it’s what he’s carved his career out of,” Bulls coach Billy Donovan said of Caruso’s penchant for playing tremendous defense.

Will the Clippers stars play?

The Clippers have listed PG, Kawhi, and Harden as questionable to play. Harden is dealing with a left shoulder strain, Kawhi has a left groin injury, and PG has knee soreness.

On the other hand, the Bulls have not listed anyone on the injury report.
