Free agent shooting guard DeAndre Liggins' two-year agreement with the Cavaliers includes a partial guarantee of $25,000, per Basketball Insiders.
The second year of the Cavs-Liggins agreement is a team option, the website reports.
Liggins, 28, was selected by the Magic in the second round (No. 53 overall) in 2011.
He has spent time with the Magic, Heat and Thunder. He played for the D-League champion Sioux Falls SkyForce last season, and for the Cavs' summer team in July.
Liggins has been named D-League Defensive Player of the Year two of the past three seasons.
