Dillon Brooks Responds to Klay Thompson's Four Rings Taunt

In this story:
Golden State Warriors guard Klay Thompson reminded Dillon Brooks again last night that he has four rings. The Memphis Grizzlies defeated the Warriors on Saturday, with Brooks outplaying Thompson from start to finish. When asked about Thompson's "four rings" taunt, Brooks responded by saying he owns a lot of real estate in San Francisco.
"He's got 4 rings," Brooks said of Thompson. "That's all he was saying. It's motivation to us. We want a ring as well. But we need to go through the process of steps that we did last year, and you keep going and learn from it all. It's friendly trash talk, but I just hold a lot of real estate over there in San Francisco."

Suggesting he lives in the minds of people in The Bay, Brooks took another shot at the Warriors following the big win. These two teams have completed their season series, splitting it at two wins a piece, but they may very well see each other again in the playoffs.
Whether it's a 2-7 or 3-6 first round matchup, Golden State vs. Memphis is a real possibility in the playoffs. The Warriors sent Memphis home in six games last season, but the Grizzlies are a confident group that believes they can take down the defending champs. If these two teams were to see each other in a playoff setting, the trash talk would presumably be off the charts.
