The Los Angeles Lakers will take on the Oklahoma City Thunder for the third and final time in the regular season. The Lakers will look to win the season series and hand the Thunder their third consecutive loss.

As for the Lakers, they'll look to earn their 49th win of the season and get a stranglehold on the No. 3 seed in the Western Conference. All the Lakers need to do is go 2-2 in their last four games to lock up the third spot in the West.

This game will be tough as the Thunder look to seek revenge. Nonetheless, the Lakers will have their superstar guard, Luka Doncic, on the court. The Lakers have upgraded Doncic from questionable to available.

Doncic will play and start in his 26th game as a Laker.

The last time Doncic was on the court, he played these Thunder and shredded them to pieces.

The 26-year-old was phenomenal on Sunday in the win. He recorded 30 points on 11-of-20 shooting from the field, seven rebounds, six assists, and two steals in 37 minutes of action.

Doncic's time as a Laker started a bit rocky, but he quickly found his footing. In the purple and gold, Doncic is averaging 27.3 points per game, 8.3 rebounds, 7.7 assists, and 1.6 steals while shooting 42.1 percent from the field and 35.8 percent from three in 35.4 minutes of action and 25 games.

The Lakers enter this matchup as substantial road underdogs with a +14.5 spread.

On Tuesday, the Lakers will look to earn their 19th road win of the season, while the Thunder will look to capture their 35th home win.

The Thunder have been strong within the Western Conference this season, posting a 35-13 record against their rivals.

The Lakers, meanwhile, have also performed well against the West, with a 34-14 conference record.

Oklahoma City has been rolling lately, winning eight of its last ten games. Over that stretch, the Thunder have averaged 122.9 points, 44.1 rebounds, 28.5 assists, 9.3 steals, and 6.0 blocks per game, all while shooting an efficient 49.1 percent from the field.

The Lakers have been more up and down during that same span, going 5-5. They've averaged 115.1 points, 41.2 rebounds, 25.0 assists, 6.9 steals, and 3.2 blocks per game, shooting 47.9 percent from the floor.

However, defensively, they've allowed 117.5 points per contest—an area they'll need to tighten up as the playoffs approach.
