PHOENIX -- The Phoenix Suns have released their early injury report ahead of their clash with the Cleveland Cavaliers:

OUT - Damion Lee (meniscus surgery)
QUESTIONABLE - Grayson Allen (left hip soreness)

Allen - one of the NBA's best three-point shooters - has been one of Phoenix's most consistent players in terms of availability, as only Jusuf Nurkic (70) has started more games than Allen (69) in 2023-24. He's questionable with left hip soreness after playing 33 minutes in New Orleans on Monday.

Lee has made each of the last few road trips Phoenix has been on but hasn't come close to playing after having meniscus surgery ahead of training camp. Suns head coach Frank Vogel told reporters months ago the team was hopeful Lee would re-join activities prior to the end of the regular season, though that's yet to happen.

The Cavaliers are set to play later tonight against the Utah Jazz and won't release an injury report until tomorrow (Wednesday), though Cleveland has ruled out Ty Jerome (right ankle surgery), Donovan Mitchell (left knee), Isaac Okoro (toe), Craig Porter Jr. (illness) and Dean Wade (right knee sprain) ahead of Tuesday vs Utah.

After picking up a much needed win over the New Orleans Pelicans, the Suns hope to carry momentum into the final eight games of the season with a 44-31 record. Cleveland is the first of a four-game home stand as the Suns look to climb out of the play-in tournament - they're currently the West's No. 7 seed.

Entering Tuesday, the Cavaliers' 45-30 record has them at No. 3 in the East.

Suns-Cavs will tip at 7:00 PM Arizona time and can be watched on ESPN.
