LeBron James Reacts to Lakers Beating Warriors in Steph Curry's Return

The Golden State Warriors continued their road struggles on Sunday afternoon, falling to the Los Angeles Lakers in Steph Curry's return from injury. It was a slow start for Curry, but he picked it up in the fourth quarter to give Golden State a chance, and finished with 27 points and 6 assists.

Shortly after the game, Lakers star LeBron James shared his reaction to his team's hard-fought victory:

James is of course sidelined with a foot injury that has the remainder of his season in jeopardy, but he is still a very engaged member of the Lakers bench, supporting his teammates while they battle for a spot in the play-in tournament.

Anthony Davis has stepped up in a big way for the Lakers since James went down, and was once again the best player on the floor in Sunday's win. Finishing with 39 points, 8 rebounds, and 6 assists, Davis also scored two clutch buckets that helped put the Warriors away in the final minutes of the game.

It is not going to be easy for the Lakers to earn a playoff spot without LeBron James, but the team has shown some serious fight since their best player went down, and this game on Sunday was another example of that. Very pleased with what he saw from his spot on the bench, James sent out a Tweet that shared his excitement for another big victory.
