NBA Analyst Proposes Jaylen Brown for Jordan Poole Trade

In this story:
During a recent segment of The Herd, analyst Colin Cowherd proposed a wild Golden State Warriors and Boston Celtics trade that swaps Jaylen Brown and Jordan Poole.
"Win or lose, I think the Celtics have to make a move, and I’ll throw this out to you. Jalen Brown and Jayson Tatum doesn’t necessarily work because Brown’s got more alpha, but Tatum’s the better player. But if you brought Jordan Poole and [Andrew] Wiggins in from the Warriors, Tatum would be clearly the best player…The Warriors get Jaylen Brown and Malcolm Brogdon off the bench, so you get great bench scoring potentially, and you get a much better defensive player next to Steph, so you wouldn’t have to rely on Gary Payton as much. Because Steph, there are some limitations [to] what he can do defensively. And also, Jaylen Brown – very smart. Played at Cal. He's the kind of player the Warriors love."
"Jaylen Brown is perfect for the Warriors."

Needless to say, such a trade would never happen. While both the Warriors and Celtics may look to make changes this summer, a Jordan Poole for Jaylen Brown swap - even with other players involved, is very unrealistic.
Both facing elimination, the Warriors and Celtics are still maintaining hope that they can recreate their postseason magic from last season and make a Finals run before having to face any of the looming offseason questions.
