Wildest moments from Broncos’ win over Patriots in AFC Championship
In potentially the last game between quarterbacks Peyton Manning and Tom Brady, the Broncos beat the Patriots to advance to Super Bowl 50.
Despite a Brady–led Patriots comeback in the fourth quarter, Manning's two–touchdown performance led the Broncos to a 20-18 victory, sending them to the Super Bowl for the second time in three years.

Owen Daniels scores two touchdowns
After not catching a touchdown since Week 9, Daniels had two scores in the first half. The first was a 21-yard completion in the first quarter, and the next was a 12-yarder in the second, which made the score 14-6.

Miller set the Broncos postseason sacks record with 2.5 against the Patriots. He also had an interception that led directly to a Denver touchdown and five tackles.

Broncos stop Patriots twice on fourth down
Down eight with just over six minutes to play, Denver made a critical stop on fourth-and-one. Brady faked the handoff to the right, then threw it back to the left. The Broncos swarmed Julian Edelman, bringing him down behind the line of scrimmage.
The second stop was a fourth-and-six with 2:24 left in the game. Brady tried to find tight end Rob Gronkowski in the end zone, but the pass fell incomplete.

Gronkowski catches a 40-yard pass on fourth-and-10
On fourth down at midfield with 1:34 remaining in the game, Brady lobbed a pass down the middle to Gronkowski, who hauled it in for a game–saving first down.
Patriots score a touchdown with 12 seconds left
Brady threw his only touchdown pass of the day to Gronkowski from four yards out. This set up a two-point conversion to tie the game.
