Odell Beckham Jr. to Speak With Ravens During Owners Meetings

Wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. is arguably the most talked about free agent this offseason.

Beckham showed up to the annual league owners meetings in Arizona on Tuesday, and he plans to speak with the Ravens while he’s there, he told CBS Sports’s Josina Anderson.

Baltimore was one of the 12 teams that attended Beckham’s workout a few weeks ago.

If Beckham signs with the Ravens, he will join a team that might be undergoing a quarterback change after Lamar Jackson announced Monday that he had requested a trade from the team back on March 2.

The news of Beckham meeting with the Ravens comes as a bit of surprise since Baltimore hasn’t been prominently mentioned as a team that Beckham is interested in. Last season, which Beckham spent as a free agent as he recovered from a torn ACL, he spoke with the Bills, Cowboys and his former team, the Giants about potentially signing at the end of the season.

Regarding the Giants, owner John Mara said on Tuesday that he’s still interested in signing Beckham. However, SNY’s Connor Hughes reported that Beckham doesn’t have plans to meet with the Giants this week as of now. The Cowboys are likely out of the running, per reports, after the team signed wide receiver Brandin Cooks.

The Jets also remain interested in Beckham, especially as they continue to work to add Aaron Rodgers to the roster. Coach Robert Saleh and general manager Joe Douglas briefly spoke with Beckham on Tuesday, per Hughes.
