CINCINNATI — The Bengals and Ravens are arguably the top contenders to win Super Bowl LVIII. The reigning champion Chiefs are still atop the AFC, but the impressive AFC North teams have done something no other franchise has done through nine weeks: Beat three teams .500 or better.

"When you think about the teams in the National Football League that have beaten three five-win teams. It is only the Bengals and the Ravens," Emmanuel Acho said on FS1's Speak. "The Bengals just went through a three-game stretch, which is very similar to a playoff three-game stretch and the Bengals won all three. To me, the Bengals are looking like the best team in the AFC."

The Chiefs still need to get that respect at the top as they boast the best defense (and arguably overall roster) of Patrick Mahomes's career. Plus, they are right behind the Bengals and Ravens with two wins against teams .500 or better.

It would be shocking if at least one of those squads doesn't make the AFC Championship Game.
