Joe Burrow on Being Forgotten as an Injured Player: 'Part of the Game'

CINCINNATI — Joe Burrow isn't worried about being forgotten as the NFL cycle moves forward. The Bengals quarterback joined Sports Illustrated for an interview and noted that's just life at the sport's highest level.
NFL legend Joe Montana was alongside Burrow for the interview promoting Guinness beer.
"That's part of getting injured," Burrow said. "That's part of the game. Football moves on whether you're out there playing or not. And so I'm solely focused on getting this injury right and coming back to perform the way that I need to to put our team in position to get to where we want to get to."
Burrow revealed after the season that he hopes to start throwing against OTA's after having surgery to repair a torn ligament in his right wrist.
Bengals fans are hoping the luck injury luck flips and he can start finishing more than 50% of his seasons moving forward.
