NFL Insider Says Some Teams Have Jahmyr Gibbs Ahead of Bijan Robinson on Their Draft Boards

Gibbs and Robinson could be first round options for the Bengals.

CINCINNATI — The Bengals have seven selections in the 2023 NFL Draft and they're expected to take at least one running back. 

Could they take one of the top guys with the 28th overall pick? 

Texas running back Bijan Robinson is considered the top guy at the position and one of the best players in the draft, but some teams have Alabama running back Jahmyr Gibbs ahead of him according to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.

Gibbs is arguably the most explosive running back in the draft. He averaged over 10 yards-per-catch and ran for 926 yards last season. 

Robinson is expected to be the first back taken, but if Gibbs is available when the Bengals are on the clock, they could take him with the 28th pick. 

ESPN’s @JFowlerESPN says on ESPN Radio’s Dari and Mel that some NFL teams have former Alabama RB Jahmyr Gibbs as their top-rated RB, ahead of Bijan Robinson.
