Tyler Boyd Comes to Tee Higgins' Defense: 'He's Not a No. 2' Wide Receiver

In this story:
CINCINNATI — The Bengals have one of the top wide receiver rooms in the entire NFL with Ja'Marr Chase, Tee Higgins and Tyler Boyd leading the way.
Chase is considered the No. 1 wide-out in that room by many, but don't tell Boyd. He believes the Bengals have at least two No. 1 wide receivers.
The veteran quickly responded to Pro Football Focus' fantasy account on Twitter when they asked if Higgins was the best No. 2 receiver in the NFL.
"He's not a number 2, you trippin," Boyd tweeted.
Both Chase and Higgins have topped the 1,000-yard receiving mark in each of the past two seasons. They're hoping to make it three years in a row this year.
They also have another goal: for the trio to finish with at least 1,000 yards receiving.
Boyd has topped 1,000 yards twice, but hasn't done it since 2019. Both Higgins and Boyd are entering the final year of their contract.
