Multiple Cardinals Improving Health, Practice Status
Arizona Cardinals rookie BJ Ojulari was one of a handful of players to improve their practice status at training camp today.
GLENDALE -- It was a rather low tempo day for the Arizona Cardinals to begin the week as the team preps for their first preseason game this coming Friday.
After a physical Red and White practice on Saturday, it was expected coach Jonathan Gannon would dial down the intensity. Corners offered little resistance on pass plays and linemen on both sides went through the motions.
There wasn't much action to report with the glorified walk-thru, but we did see some notable returns and personnel groupings.

- Rookie edge rusher BJ Ojulari was activated off the PUP list earlier today and made his training camp debut. He went through individual drills and was with a mix of the third/fourth team as the newcomer looks to settle his feet.
- Myjai Sanders - who still has a bandage on his hand - suited up today and was spotted with the first team during the 7v7 period. He was with the second string during team activities.
- For the first time all camp, Marquise Brown participated in team drills, an overall good sign for his progression into seeing actual playing time. Prior, he just stretched and went through individual drills.
- Sticking on the offensive side of the ball, we saw the return of Keaontay Ingram today after he was out due to injury. He ran with the second team while Marlon Mack (did red zone work) and Corey Clement got some work with the mix of third/fourth team guys.
- OLB Jesse Luketa got some rotation with Dennis Gardeck for reps on the first team, playing opposite of Zaven Collins.
- Trey McBride still hasn't been involved in team activities. With Zach Ertz still out with injury, tight ends who ran with the one's today were Bernhard Seikovits, Geoff Swaim and Blake Whiteheart, who also got some work at fullback.
The Cardinals will hold practice tomorrow and conclude camp on Wednesday.
