Bills Emerge as Favorite to Land Cardinals WR DeAndre Hopkins

It feels like every team in some fashion has been tied to Arizona Cardinals WR DeAndre Hopkins, and given his talent, it's understandable.

His availability is open after the Cardinals placed him on the trade block shortly after a tough 4-13 season. Arizona enters a rebuild and it doesn't make sense to carry a receiver with a $30.75 cap hit if they're nowhere close to competing.

Hopkins - likely wanting to join a team competing for a Super Bowl - wouldn't say no to a new beginning.

It's rare a receiver of his caliber hits the open market, but even more rare that a price tag will be lower for somebody of his talents. Hopkins' contract on top of his age and recent availability (suspension and injuries) have severely hampered what the Cardinals could snag for him.

While the exact trade capital will eventually be revealed, a few different teams have emerged as top candidates for Hopkins. One - however- could be considered the favorite at this point in time.

NFL insider Aaron Wilson says the Buffalo Bills "headline" Hopkins' trade market.

NFL Media's Daniel Jeremiah also said yesterday Buffalo was the No. 1 landing spot for Hopkins.

Hopkins himself didn't help put the Bills rumors away with an Instagram story:
