The big news around the Los Angeles Chargers right now is their hiring of Jim Harbaugh to take over their open head coaching position. It's a move that has been in the making for some time, but with it, there will be members of the staff that will leave.

Harbaugh will bring his own people into the mix, and it seems it has already started. Former Chargers offensive coordinator Kellen Moore is interviewing with the Philadelphia Eagles for their open offensive coordinator job.

Moore was brought in last season to help the Chargers offense thrive, but the move backfired. The Bolts offense still was very inconsistent all season, and the team ultimately missed the playoffs.

While the lack of success in the season wasn't entirely on Moore, he will receive some of the blame. However, he is a very good play caller and is already getting interviews.

This speaks to how the rest of the league views him, and he should land on his feet soon. Moore has been one of the hottest names in football for some time now, and many believe that he will become a head coach at some point down the line.

If he were to get the job with the Eagles, he would get the chance to work with Jalen Hurts. It would also be a return to the NFC East, as he was the offensive coordinator with the Dallas Cowboys for some time before coming to the Chargers.

Moore is a valuable football mind, and any team would be lucky to have him on their staff. He won't be returning to the Bolts, but his career in football is just getting started.
