Colts, Texans Announce Inactives Ahead of Sunday's Matchup

In this story:
The Indianapolis Colts are visiting NRG Stadium on Sunday for their second consecutive AFC South matchup, this time against the hosting Houston Texans.
The Colts are still in pretty good health but the Texans are already reeling. Following a lengthy injury report to conclude the week, both teams have announced their inactive players lists ahead of Sunday's matchup.

- DT Adetomiwa Adebawore
- CB JuJu Brents
- QB Sam Ehlinger (Emergency QB)
- OL Arlington Hambright
- OT Ryan Hayes
- DE Isaiah Land
- TE Drew Ogletree
The Colts don't have anyone out due to injury this week, although tight end Kylen Granson (hamstring) being able to go gives the Colts the luxury of allowing Ogletree to rest a week after entering and passing through the concussion protocol.
Like Granson, left guard Quenton Nelson (toe) also entered the week as questionable but is good to go.
The rookie second-round pick Brents is a healthy scratch for the second consecutive game. After missing all of the on-field portion of the offseason program and much of training camp rehabbing injuries, the Colts may not feel like he is ready yet to play.

- CB Alex Austin
- RB Mike Boone
- LB Neville Hewitt
- QB Case Keenum
- S Jalen Pitre
- OT Laremy Tunsil
- S Jimmie Ward
The Texans' two starting safeties, Pitre (chest) and Ward (hip), were ruled out on Friday, which could spell trouble for their abilities to cover downfield on Sunday.
Tunsil is Houston's best offensive lineman for a group already dealing with a litany of issues after the team already had fellow linemen Kenyon Green, Tytus Howard, Scott Quessenberry, and Juice Scruggs on Injured Reserve.
