Philadelphia Eagles to Wear Kelly Green Uniforms vs. Buffalo Bills
The Philadelphia Eagles will wear their Kelly Green throwback uniforms in Week 12, as they host the Buffalo Bills at Lincoln Financial Field.
The Eagles have already transitioned into Kelly Green week in full force. The team's social media accounts and press conference backdrop are already Kelly Green-themed ahead of Sunday.
It will be the second time this season that the Eagles sport the Kelly Green throwbacks, which were reintroduced during a Week 7 Sunday Night Football matchup with the Miami Dolphins. The Eagles defeated the Dolphins in that game 31-17, with receiver A.J. Brown hauling in 10 passes for 137 yards and a touchdown in the victory.
Kelly Green was the primary color of the Eagles from 1935-1995, before they switched to Midnight Green in 1996. Prior to this season, the Eagles hadn't worn Kelly Green since Week 1 of the 2010 season, when they honored the 50th anniversary of their 1960 NFL Championship victory over the Green Bay Packers.

While this isn't a standalone game, there still should be plenty of eyeballs for the second showing of the Kelly Green uniforms this season. With three Thanksgiving Day games, the Sunday slate is smaller than typical. Additionally, the Eagles-Bills game will be nationally televised on CBS in the 4:25 p.m. ET window, with Jim Nantz, Tony Romo and Tracy Wolfson on the call.
At 9-1, the Eagles will be looking to become the NFL's first 10-win team Sunday afternoon. Meanwhile, the Bills will be aiming for their second consecutive win since firing former offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey, having defeated the New York Jets 32-6 in Week 11. At 6-5, coach Sean McDermott's Bills are on the playoff bubble in a loaded AFC. Philadelphia has opened as 3.5-point favorites over Buffalo.
