9:27: Patriots owner Robert Kraft on Tom Brady to ESPN: "Tommy initiated contact last night and came over. We had a positive, respectful discussion. It's not the way I want it to end, but I want him to do what is in his best personal interest. After 20 years with us, he has earned that right. I love him like a son."

9:41: Former Buffalo Bills DT Jordan Phillips is heading to the desert, signing a three-year deal with the Arizona Cardinals, per NFL Media.

10:15: The Saints and QB Drew Brees have worked out a two-year, $50 million extension, per NFL Media.

11:10: News out of Indianapolis is that the Colts have sealed a deal with free agent QB Phillip Rivers.

11:55: Cam Newton took to Twitter to claim that he did not be asked to be traded contrary to the Carolina Panthers' take on things. "You forced me into this," Newton claimed.

12:12: The Chicago Bears are releasing former first-round edge rusher Leonard Floyd, per Adam Schefter.

12:15: Bears are signing former Cowboys pass rusher Robert Quinn to 5-year, $70 million deal with $30 million fully guaranteed.

12:45: Raiders are signing another LB, inking former Ram Cory Littleton to a three-year deal worth up to $36 million. On Monday, they signed former Bears LB Nick Kwiatkoski.

2:25: The Eagles are re-signing Jalen Mills to a one-year deal and plan on moving him to safety.

2:35: The Miami Dolphins signed former Eagles LB and special-teams star Kamu Grugier-Hill to a one-year deal.

2:53: The Jacksonville Jaguars have signed former Cleveland LB Joe Schobert to a five-year deal.

2:55: The move of Mills to safety is explained by the Eagles' announcement' that the organization will not be picking up the team's option on veteran safety Malcolm Jenkins.

4:30: The Eagles have re-signed S Rodney McLeod to a two-year deal and also made their one-year deal with CB/S Jalen Mills official.

4:40: The Cincinnati Bengals made a splash, signing DT D.J. Reader to a four-year, $53M deal, per ESPN.

5:45 Fullback Derek Watt is signing with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He will join his brother, linebacker T.J. Watt, in Pittsburgh.

5:45: The Bengals are signing CB Trae Waynes to a massive 3-year, $42M deal, with $20 million in the first year and averages $14 million over the course of the deal.

6:30: LB Sean Lee will go back to Dallas, signing one-year deal for $4.5 million with $2 million fully guaranteed, per Adam Schefter.

6:30: Safety Tre Boston will stay in Carolina, signing a 3-year deal worth $18 million with $9.5 million in year one guaranteed, per Adam Schefter.

6:50: Broncos center/guard Connor McGovern (someone I thought Eagles might target) is signing a 3-year deal for $27 million with the Jets.

7:15: Tom Brady has agreed to sign with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
