The Detroit Lions are reportedly hosting one of the top offensive linemen coming out of the draft.

According to The Draft Network, the Lions are meeting with Florida Gators lineman O'Cyrus Torrence nine days ahead of the 2023 NFL Draft.

The former Gators lineman performed at a high level all throughout his collegiate career. Many pundits believe he has worked his way up to becoming a first-round draft choice.

Torrence has had meetings with the Titans and Falcons prior to visiting Detroit. The Steelers, the Commanders and the Bills have also shown interest in the 6-foot-5, 346-pound interior offensive lineman.

Taylor Decker talks Lions standards

Meeting with reporters at the start of offseason workouts, Lions left tackle Taylor Decker indicated that the standards for the team should start to resemble the final 10-game stretch of the 2022 season.

"I would say that the way we finished last year is something that we need to strive for to be the norm, because we have the pieces," said Decker. "But, as you know, maybe you all have all the perfect pieces, but it may not always just flow together perfectly.  We just need that to become kind of a standard. How do we do that? I don't have that answer. We'll see what the coaches lay out, as far as a plan for this offseason and going into training camp."
