Everyone Is Saying Same Thing About Lions DC Aaron Glenn

In this story:
The Detroit Lions' defensive performance against the Seattle Seahawks was not up to par.
Unfortunately, in a game that was supposed to avenge previous losses, Seattle was again able to carve up Detroit's defense.
In overtime, the Seahawks' marched right down the field and ended the game on the first possession, scoring a touchdown to leave Ford Field with the hard-fought victory.
The fallout has been intense, as Detroit's defense and their defensive coordinator, Aaron Glenn, are again under the microscope.
The lack of pressure from the defensive line, the secondary not making impactful plays and adjustments not being impactful in any meaningful way has caused many to question if Glenn is still the right coach to run the defense.
"You’d like to believe we could’ve applied a little more pressure, but I felt like we never really got (Geno Smith) him in that type of game consistently enough either though," said Dan Campbell. "We let them continue to function in their offense and they were better at it and just better on the day than we were overall. They didn’t make those critical errors. The turnovers are killers. I mean, I don’t know how many times you guys have heard that, but we’ve got to get ours cleaned up.”
Supporters and pundits have started to examine what are some of the issues impacting Detroit's defense, including the lack of creativity or not scheming effectively enough to put the defensive roster in the best position to succeed.
Campbell has not shied away from making tough decisions in the past.
If the defense does not start to make more of an impact or perform consistently, Glenn's time in Detroit could be cut short.
Here is a sample of the reaction online to Detroit's subpar defensive performance.
#OnePride I had a #Bears fan tell me Monty is a vital piece in winning games. He’s right. As soon as Monty got hurt. Our offense fell flat and Ben Johnson had to adjust which he did but that pick 6 made it hard to comeback form. DC Aaron Glenn didn’t help. He really screwed us

Non-existent. Big indictment of Aaron Glenn today. Defense has been mostly bad, especially on 3rd down. https://t.co/bsJxk1PjgG
