Panthers great Greg Olsen breaks down Andy Dalton taking advantage of his opportunity

The Carolina Panthers have a new quarterback at the top of their depth chart and a new leader in the locker room, based on the way the team responded to Andy Dalton getting the ball this past week. The team's bold and courageous move - as former head coach Ron Rivera put it - to bench Bryce Young and start Dalton paid off for them in the best possible way.

Speaking of Olsen, he was the last capable tight end the team had on its roster. Carolina has stuck with Ian Thomas at the top of that unit ever since Olsen's exit after the 2020 season. The Panthers' tight end room was ranked the worst in the league by ESPN going into this year.
