In this story:

It is not good times right now for the Las Vegas Raiders. After winning their first game of the season, they have dropped three straight. The way they are doing it is hard to watch. It is something that they could not do if they wanted to start fast this season.

But the Raiders have done the opposite of that. Another slow start for the Raiders is something they are going to overcome. It is looking rough right now, but there is still a lot of season ahead of the Raiders, and they do have a chance to play better.

The Raiders' offense is having a problem right now. And it is from their leader. Veteran quarterback Geno Smith had his second three-interception game in Week 4. That is something the Raiders did not see coming. A quarterback like Smith should not be making those kinds of mistakes. You could really say that two of the Raiders' losses have been because of Smith not taking care of the football. Smith led the National Football League in interceptions. That is one bad stat you do not want to have.

Raiders Offense has a Major Problem

Smith plays the most important position on the field. The Raiders brought Smith in to be that good play maker that gives the Raiders a better chance to win football games. Through four games, it has been the complete opposite. Smith is going to have to start playing better and take care of the ball. If he does not do that, there has to be consideration that the Raiders have to make a move at the quarterback position.

"I do not know what is going on with Geno," said Rich Eisen on his show. "Right now, he is giving it back. That is the problem. He now leads the NFL in interceptions. Three more again in Week 4. That is two of the three games, the last three weeks were when he has had at least three interceptions ... The interceptions are killers. They are absolute killers because they are drive killers. Or in the case of the Raiders, here you are starting the half, first snap, he throws it right to the Bears."

"Indianapolis is a tough place to go to when you are turning it over. That ain't it. You cannot keep throwing interception.
