Tom Brady Has Never Been More Important to the Raiders than This Offseason

In this story:
The Las Vegas Raiders are the team that has the best football player of all time on their side now as a minority owner.
When Raiders owner Mark Davis brought in former Legendary NFL quarterback Tom Brady into the organization, it was to get things going in the right direction and give the Silver and Black an advantage when they went out to get players and coaches to make their team better. It was also to have Brady's input on important decisions the Raiders are making.

Since being with the Raiders organization, Brady has gotten things going for the Raiders, and many would say it is because he is part of the organization.
Davis has said in the past that Brady would have a major say in what the Raiders do to get them winning games. Brady has been looking at all the different ways to do that, and he has been successful. It did not happen right away, but this offseason, you are seeing the difference with having him part of the Raiders.
Raiders Using Tom Brady to Full Effect

The Raiders got a great new head coach in Klint Kubiak. Brady was all over the meetings they had with Kubiak, even before he accepted the Raiders head coaching job. Brady wanted to make sure the Raiders got the best head coach in the building this offseason. That also led to top free agents signing with the Raiders this offseason, and that will make the team better next season. Brady will also have a huge voice on what the Raiders do in the 2026 NFL Draft.
No bigger than what the Raiders do with the first overall pick, because the Raiders are looking to take a quarterback. That quarterback is expected to be the top prospect, Fernando Mendoza, out of Indiana University. Brady is the person any organization would love to have on their side when they are looking at what quarterback they want to have under center. That is a huge thing for this organization that has been searching for one over the last few seasons.

"We would be fools if we did not use Tom [Brady] and his expertise at that level to help evaluate the quarterbacks," said Raiders general manager John Spytek.
"I think Fernando [Mendoza's] love of Tom's game and the fact that he was his favorite player growing up was a side note to that, too. He has a big job to do here, and there is going to be a lot required of any quarterback in the NFL."
