The Seahawks make the trip across the country to Baltimore to meet the Ravens on Sunday at M&T Bank Stadium. Baltimore is on somewhat of a run as it hopes to improve on its 1-1 record against NFC teams with quarterback Lamar Jackson under center.

The Ravens are riding a modest three-game winning streak after successful weekends against Tennessee in London, Detroit, and Arizona. The wins over the Lions and Cardinals added to Jackson's already impressive record against interconference teams, but he doesn't want to hear about it.

When asked about it, he covered his ears and said, "I don't even want to put that in my head or let you finish that question,” Jackson said with a smile. But whatever the reason, he'll have a chance to continue it this weekend at home against the Seahawks.

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson (8) looks to pass in the first half against the Arizona Cardinals at State Farm Stadium.

“I hope it's 18-1 after this one. I'll say that,” said Jackson. The Ravens beat Seattle 30-16 the last time the two teams met back in 2019 - Jackson's NFL MVP season. It's also a matchup between two division leaders, and Seattle has won five of its last six.

“Here we go again, preparing to head to the east with a big matchup. I’m so impressed with this team that we’re playing," Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said. “They’re just so well-rounded and they’re good in all phases. They make you realize what it’s like to play in a championship matchup. That’s what you expect the teams to be like and they got it.”

The Seahawks welcome a new face to the lineup on Sunday, as former Pro-Bowler defensive lineman Leonard Williams arrives in town via trade from the Giants. He'll add to an already strong defensive front that could give Jackson and the Ravens offense fits.
