Steelers’ Justin Fields Training With Minkah Fitzpatrick

In this story:
PITTSBURGH -- The Pittsburgh Steelers' newest addition at quarterback has wasted little time getting to know his new teammates well before offseason workouts are set to begin in an official capacity later this spring.
Justin Fields took some time to get to know Steelers superstar safety Minkah Fitzpatrick and go through part of an offseason training regimen a few weeks after the franchise added Fields via a trade with the Chicago Bears. The two were photographed working out together this week.
The Steelers are going through a number of transitions this offseason, the most notable of which involved the addition of Fields as part of a reinvented quarterback room that now features Russell Wilson as the expected start, then Fields and Kyle Allen as two backup options.
Fitzpatrick will have a new running mate in the back end of the defense as well, with free agent signing Deshon Elliott figuring to take on a starting safety spot at this juncture. The Steelers will also be breaking in new cornerback Donte Jackson and linebacker Patrick Queen.
With so many new faces arriving in Pittsburgh this offseason, the Steelers are looking to get as familiar with one another as early as possible.
