Bradley Beal Next Team Market Has Two Teams on Top

The Bradley Beal saga continues, and there are two teams at the top of Kalshi’s next team market for him: the Miami Heat and Los Angeles Clippers. Of the two, Miami sits ahead of LA by 12% to land him for the 2026-27 season.
Miami leads with 43% while the Clippers have 31%. These are the only two teams with over a 15% chance of signing him. The market settles on October 21st, 2026, based on which team he’s with by then. Trading $10 profits $12.34 for the Miami Heat and $20.74 on the Los Angeles Clippers.

Strong ties to Miami
Reports have linked Bradley Beal to the Miami Heat for most of the past decade, dating back to 2019 when the rumors first started. Ever since, any time trade rumors swirled around Beal during his Washington Wizards years, Miami always entered the conversation.
It even got to the point in 2023 where Beal requested a trade and had a no-trade clause to dictate where he went, with Miami as his preferred destination. Ultimately, Miami’s financial situation at the time did not work.
Fast forward to this offseason, Miami is back in the mix after acquiring Giannis Antetokounmpo. Beal would fit in with the team's need for shooting. At this point, it’s up to Beal and whether he’s willing to accept a veteran’s minimum contract and come off the bench.
Miami has two roster spots to fill and has also shown interest in DeMar DeRozan and Russell Westbrook.
Staying in LA
Beal signed a two-year, $11 million contract with the Los Angeles Clippers ahead of last season, with the 2026-27 season having a player option, which he declined, and is now a free agent. He’s coming off a 2025-26 season where he played only six games before suffering a fractured right hip that sidelined him for the rest of the season.
Most recently, NBA insider Marc Stein reported that the Clippers are maintaining interest in re-signing Beal depending on how the rest of the free agency plays out. He’d likely re-sign on a similar team-friendly deal, maybe even less than what it was last season.
