Brazil Stars React to Making World Cup Roster With Emotional Celebrations
Brazil has announced its 26-man roster for the upcoming World Cup, and the players who were issued a ticket to Qatar made sure to celebrate.
In a country with as much talent and competition as Brazil, making the World Cup team represents a career milestone for any player involved, especially when the Seleção are one of the favorites to win.
The roster includes usual standouts like Neymar, Thiago Silva and Casemiro, but it also has plenty of talented newcomers. After completing a high-profile move to Manchester United over the summer, Antony continued a memorable year with his first World Cup call-up at 22 years old, which left him emotional as he watched the announcement.
