JPP's Hand is as Gross as You'd Expect

Throwback Lovely Lady of the Day

Christie Brinkley was spotted Wednesday night on a date with John Mellencamp in New York, where paparazzi snapped a photo of the pair. Brinkley, 61, is two years younger than Mellencamp but looks more like 20 younger. (Click here for the full-size gallery.)

Zeke Elliott Wants to Capitalize on his Fame

For the next two days, Ohio State football players won’t be the biggest stars in Columbus. Taylor Swift is playing two shows in town tonight and Friday. Buckeyes star Ezekiel Elliott wants to make sure he has a chance to meet her.

@taylorswift13 I see your in town tonight want to grab something to eat after their concert ? 😊

Odds & Ends

Remember the NBA’s ugly sweaters? Australian Rules football teams are doing the same thing. ... New Jersey failed to legalize traditional sports gambling, so it is allowing daily fantasy sports at a racetrack. ... German soccer star Andre Schürrle got mistaken for a pro video game player in a TV interview. ... This guy was totally psyched to get a photo with Henrik Lundqvist. ... Legendary baseball announcer Milo Hamilton, who called Hank Aaron’s 715th home run, has died, according to the Houston Chronicle. ... Michael Sam is going to grad school. ... The Oregonian has a cool look at the 1918 college football season, which was canceled by the government.
