Should the beer mile be a new Olympic sport?

@CoreyBellemore/Twitter

I know many members of the IOC read Hot Clicks, so please take my advice and make the Beer Mile an Olympic sport. Canadian Corey Bellemore just set a new world record (four minutes, 33 seconds) and it was the most entertaining (non-World Series) sporting event I've seen all week. The Beer Mile, if you don't know, consists of four laps around a track with the rule that you must chug a beer before each one. What do you think?

Today in bad Halloween judgment

The Wheaton College women’s soccer team was suspended from its conference tournament after a player wore blackface to a Halloween party. She was dressing up as a character from the movie White Chicks. Probably not the best costume in 2017.

The strangest question a reporter has asked an athlete in 2017

It involves coconut oil and the subject of a classic Seinfeld episode. Welcome to Philly, Gabe Kapler!

Joy Corrigan is another 2018 SI Swimsuit candidate who should be on your radar. Super cool. Super pretty. What more can you ask for? She is today's LLOD (click for full-size gallery).
