On Wednesday night, the Philadelphia 76ers will welcome the Miami Heat into the Wells Fargo Center, chasing their third straight win, as they look to go into the All-Star break on a high note.

In their last time out, the Sixers slipped past the Cleveland Cavaliers, who were on a nine-game winning streak, prior to Monday night's action.

Philadelphia pulled out to the victory in part due to the recently acquired Buddy Hield, as well as Kelly Oubre Jr, with the partnership combining for 48 points, which would help suppress the efforts of Cleveland's Donovan Mitchell and Jarrett Allen.

On Wednesday night, the 76ers are set to be without the likes of Tobias Harris, De'Anthony Melton, Robert Covington, Nicolas Batum, and the reigning MVP Joel Embiid.

The Heat will be without several players on Wednesday night, two of whom are former 76ers, as Jimmy Butler and Josh Richardson will sit out of the match in their former stadium.

Butler will miss his third straight game, due to personal reasons following the death of a family member, as reported by The Athletic's Shams Charania.

The 34-year-old had been quite the upswing prior to his absence, as he was averaging 21 points on 52 percent shooting, while also managing to secure eight rebounds per game throughout February.

Richardson on the other hand is a more recent scratch, having played in the Heat's match against the Boston Celtics over the weekend, which is when the former Sixers' guard suffered a dislocated shoulder.

Prior to his injury, Richardson had been enjoying quite the productive season off the bench, putting up ten points per game on 44 percent shooting.

The 30-year-old wasn't the only player that Erik Spoelstra lost against the Celtics, as the recently picked-up Terry Rozier suffered a sprain in his right knee, which is set to keep him out for some time, which includes Wednesday night.

In his short tenure in Miami so far, Rozier has made quite the impact, scoring 12 points per game, while also dishing out five assists, taking the spot of the newly named Sixer Kyle Lowry.

The Sixers are set to take on the Heat on Wednesday night, with tip-off scheduled for 7:00 p.m. EST.
