NFL Star Slams Ja Morant Comparisons After Gun Arrest

In this story:
New England Patriots cornerback Jack Jones was arrested in June after two firearms were found in his luggage at the airport. The news quickly went viral, because fans went back to a recent Tweet from Jones that slammed Ja Morant for his gun incidents.
Seeing fans go back to his Tweet about Morant, Jones slammed the comparisons in another Tweet, sending out the following message on Tuesday:
Y’all twitters birds. I’ll never argue wit nerds.. me and ja not the same..

When the news of Jones' arrest first became public, the New England Patriots released a statement that read, "We have been notified that Jack Jones was arrested at Logan Airport earlier today. We are in the process of gathering more information and will not be commenting further at this time."
Jones has since plead not guilty, and posted $30,000 cash bail while awaiting an August 18th probable cause hearing, per ESPN. That same article from ESPN's Mike Reiss revealed the following:
"Jones, 25, was charged with two counts of the following offenses: possession of a concealed weapon in a secure area of the airport, possession of ammunition without a firearm identification card, unlawful possession of a firearm, carrying a loaded firearm and possession of a large capacity feeding device. Two of the counts against Jones carry mandatory minimum prison sentences of 2½ years if he is indicted and later convicted. Two other counts carry mandatory minimum sentences of 18 months if he is indicted and later convicted."
Believing his situation is different than Morant's, Jones fired back at those Tweets on Tuesday.
