Lakers News: Anthony Davis Gets Candid About Slumping Post-IST Run

In this story:
Since the In-Season Tournament ended, the Los Angeles Lakers have looked like a different team. They don't seem as focused, and their energy levels are down.
It could be due to fatigue, which some players have eluded too. But the team must find a way to figure things out before they fall too far down in the standings.
Star Anthony Davis opened up about the struggles that the team has seen since they won the big tournament. Speaking candidly, he opened up about the reality the team is facing.
"There's no break coming. No help coming. There's no cavalry. We've got to do it within this locker room. We've got everyone back now. We just got to find a way to get in the win column."

The Lakers were hit with the injury bug for much of the season but with the return of guard Gabe Vincent against the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday, they are fully back. LA no longer has any excuses, and they need to start picking up wins.
It may take a few games for everything to get fully put together, but this team doesn't have time to waste. These next few weeks will be very crucial to the success of the season, otherwise, the front office may look to make some big changes at the trade deadline.
LA has been linked with a few players already to this point, and that will only grow if they are struggling. The players only have so much time left to turn things around before the front office makes decisions for them.
After having to play catchup the entire season last year, the Lakers have no interest in that happening again. Something needs to change, and the hope is that they'll figure it out.
