Devin Booker, Deandre Ayton Questionable vs. Lakers

The Phoenix Suns could potentially be without two of their star players when the Los Angeles Lakers come to town.

The Phoenix Suns are currently riding a two-game winning streak, and that will again be put to the test when the Los Angeles Lakers come to town on Monday.

With Lakers center Anthony Davis already ruled out for the next month with a foot injury, the Suns also may be without some key pieces to their puzzle.

Devin Booker (groin soreness) and Deandre Ayton (ankle sprain) are questionable to play. Booker is recently coming off an impressive 58-point performance which spurred a 24-point comeback against the New Orleans Pelicans on Saturday.

Jock Landale (concussion), Cam Payne (foot) and Duane Washington Jr. (hip) are out against Los Angeles.

Booker recently missed two games with a hamstring injury before returning against the Los Angeles Clippers last Monday. Deandre Ayton hasn't played in the last two wins for Phoenix.

The two sides have already met this season, as the Suns emerged victorious 115-105 at home. Monday will mark the first encounter since tempers flared after Patrick Beverley started a scuffle on the floor after pushing Deandre Ayton in the back.

The Suns hope to catch the Lakers fatigued on the second night of a back-to-back. Los Angeles is slated to play the Washington Wizards tonight.
