Suns Unveil New Court Designs for 2023-24

The Phoenix Suns' hardwood will look a bit different this season.

The Phoenix Suns are introducing two new floor designs this season, as announced by the team.

Their "core court", which will feature the new primary white/purple uniforms, displays the beloved Sunburst logo at center court with purple as the primary color in the paint and black marking out of bounds territory:

The court should pair quite well with the new-look uniforms, which feature a modernized take on a blast from the past.

"The team surveyed fans on previous uniforms, with the rising sunburst design ranking highest among fan feedback. The new Icon and Association Edition uniforms capture the spirit of the popular ’90s sunburst uniforms while embracing a fresh, contemporary aesthetic as the franchise sets its sights on new horizons and the pursuit of its first championship." - Suns official release

The other court - labeled the "Statement edition" floor to match their black PHX jerseys - features PHX in the middle of the court but retains the same details as the "core" court, which includes "SUNS" at both ends of the baseline on the bottom.

The Suns have previously worn these uniforms, so nothing new on their end when it comes to the fashion accompanying the floor.

The Suns are also working on a final uniform that features "El Valle" across the chest:

Phoenix is set to begin preseason play against the Detroit Pistons on Oct. 8.
