Draymond Green's Updated Status vs. Nuggets Revealed

The Golden State Warriors will not have Draymond Green vs. the Denver Nuggets

The Golden State Warriors have updated their injury report for Wednesday night's game vs. the Denver Nuggets, and Draymond Green has been ruled out for personal reasons. Green was initially listed as questionable on the injury report for personal reasons, and has now been ruled out. There is no official word on what Green is dealing with, but these are certainly the type of absences that the team has no issue granting a player.

While the most important thing is Green and whatever he is dealing with, the Warriors will certainly miss him in this one against Denver. The Nuggets are a very tough matchup for everyone, but they will be especially tough on a Warriors team missing their best defender.

Draymond Green gives up a lot of size to reigning Finals MVP Nikola Jokic, but has always competed hard when defending him. There is nobody who can stop Jokic, but Green has had success at times on important possessions over the last few years. Without Green, the Warriors will have to get creative with how they guard Jokic, who has been every bit as good this season as he was last postseason. Needless to say, this will be a tough one for Golden State.

The Warriors and Nuggets will begin at 7:00 PM PST in an exciting Western Conference showdown between two contenders.
