Lakers vs. Warriors Full Game 1 Injury Report

The Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles Lakers have released their Game 1 injury reports

The Golden State Warriors are set to host the Los Angeles Lakers in Game 1 of the Western Conference Semi-Finals on Tuesday night. Despite finishing 6th in the Western Conference, the Warriors have home court advantage in this series with the Lakers finishing 7th.

A dominant home team all season, the Warriors will look to protect their home floor in these first two games vs. the Lakers. While Golden State proved in Game 7 vs. Sacramento that they still have what it takes to win big road games, securing a commanding 2-0 lead before heading back to Los Angeles would be a huge boost for them after a hard-fought series against the Kings.

Both teams have released their injury reports for this game, and they look about the same way they have for a while now. For the Warriors, they remain without Andre Iguodala and Ryan Rollins. Patrick Baldwin Jr. is also listed as questionable for Golden State. For the Lakers, they are taking their usual approach to the injury report, listing LeBron James and Anthony Davis as probable. In addition to James and Davis being listed on the injury report, the Lakers are listing Mo Bamba as questionable.

While fans often overreact to Game 1 results, this does feel like an important first game for both teams. The Warriors do not want to play from behind again, and the Lakers want to apply pressure by stealing home court advantage from a dominant home team.
